Florence Wischer studied at the University of Lyon III and was called to the Lyon Bar in January 1994.  She established her own practice in January 1995, focusing on family law, estate and patrimony law, and the law relating to minors.

She has served two terms on the Lyon Bar Council (Conseil de l’Ordre): her first from 2019 to 2021, and her second from 2022 to 2024.  In June 2025, she was elected Vice-Bâtonnier, and she currently holds the office of Vice-Bâtonnier of the Lyon Bar for the 2026–2027 term.
