On the occasion of its 2nd General Assembly, Women Bar Leaders is organising an international conference in Geneva bringing together leaders of the legal profession, experts and distinguished guests from around the world.
Discussions will focus on three major issues: protecting women from violence and defending the rule of law; women, law and artificial intelligence; and the role of men as allies in building a more inclusive profession together.
The conference will be followed by two interactive workshop sessions focusing on leadership, mental health and the role of professional organisations. Each participant will be able to attend two of the three workshops.
These issues concern the profession as a whole. Women and men both have an essential role to play in changing practices, cultures and institutions.
A day to exchange ideas, find inspiration and take action together towards a more equal and inclusive legal profession and a stronger justice system.
The conference will be held in French and English with simultaneous interpretation.
