Karin Graf is a Swiss attorney, partner at VISCHER, and President of the Zurich Bar Association (2025/2026), with a practice specializing in litigation and arbitration, in which she has represented and advised companies and individuals before state courts and arbitral tribunals for more than 25 years.

She studied at the University of St. Gallen and, after passing the Zurich bar examination, completed an LL.M. at Queen Mary College, University of London.  Her practice covers a broad range of complex disputes, including corporate litigation, white-collar crime, national and international distribution agreements, banking disputes, estate matters, investment and joint venture projects in the energy sector, insolvency litigation, and precautionary legal protection.

As President of the Zurich Bar Association, she is engaged in shaping the future of the profession and ensuring that innovation and digital transformation advance in step with the fundamental values of independence, integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.  She is also a committed mentor, with a particular dedication to developing the next generation of lawyers.
